摘 要:在“大众创新,万众创业”政策引导和信息技术迅速发展的背景下,软件外包行业迅速崛起。针对软件外包新创企业的市场拓展问题,采用文献分析、统计分析等方法,基于社会网络理论、资源基础理论和知识管理理论,构建了创业网络、知识整合与市场拓展能力三者关系的理论模型。通过对软件外包新创企业的问卷调查,运用结构方程模型和多层回归进行数据统计与分析,结果表明软件外包新创企业的创业网络与市场拓展能力呈显著正相关关系,知识整合正向调节软件外包新创企业的创业网络对市场拓展能力的影响。On the background of the policy guidance of"Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship"and the rapid development of information technology,the software outsourcing industry has risen rapidly.Aiming at the market expansion of software outsourcing start-ups,this paper uses literature analysis,statistical analysis and other methods,based on social network theory,resource-based theory and knowledge management theory,to construct the theory of the relationship between entrepreneurial network,knowledge integration and market expansion capability model.Through a questionnaire survey of software outsourcing start-ups,using structural equation modeling and multi-layer regression for data statistics and analysis,the results show that the software outsourcing start-ups′entrepreneurial network has a significant positive impact on market expansion capabilities,and knowledge integration is positive to regulate the relationship between entrepreneurial networks and market expansion capabilities.
