摘　　要：介绍了特种设备制造的现状,分析了开展特种设备制造第二方审核的必要性。给出了特种设备制造第二方审核的流程,并详细论述了第二方审核的步骤。The current situation of special equipment manufacturing was introduced,and the necessity of carrying out the examination and verification of special equipment manufacturing by second party was analyzed.The process for examination and verification of special equipment manufacturing by second party was given,and the steps for examination and verification given by second party were discussed in detail.
