摘　　要：目的探究固肺消积饮对非小细胞肺癌患者PI3K/AKT信号通路及其下游血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响并观察其临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月于我院治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者68例,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。两组患者均给予常规化疗,观察组加用固肺消积饮,观察并比较两组患者PI3K/AKT信号通路蛋白及其下游VEGF的表达水平、临床疗效、症状评分以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者血清PI3K/AKT信号通路蛋白及其下游VEGF的表达水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者咳嗽咳痰、胸闷气短、乏力等症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论固肺消积饮可提高患者的化疗有效率,可能是通过PI3K/AKT信号通路抑制VEGF的表达,且未增加不良反应,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Gufei Xiaoji decoction on PI3K/AKT signal pathway and its downstream vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)level in patients with non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical efficacy.Methods Sixty-eight patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital between January 2018 and June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional chemotherapy.The observation group was added with Gufei Xiaoji decoction.Observe and compare the expression levels of PI3K/AKT and VEGF,clinical efficacy,symptom scores and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The expression levels of serum PI3K/AKT and its downstream VEGF were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms,like cough and sputum,chest distress,shortness of breath and fatigue,were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Finally,there was no statistic difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Gufei Xiaoji decoction may improve the effectiveness of chemotherapy on patients,possibly by inhibiting the expression of VEGF through the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.In addition,it does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
