学科制度如何影响院系设置与治理

摘　　要：学科制度是学科的内涵衍生与外部制度相互作用的产物,包括内在与外在两个层面,二者共同引导并规范着院系的设置及治理。目前我国学科外在制度充满刚性化、功利化与等级化,内在制度又先天较为弱化,导致院系设置中产生一级学科主导、瞄准考评指标建设、人文社科领域"大杂烩"等现象,同时加剧了学科共同体在院系治理中话语权的缺失,院系运行对内对外出现双重的制度隔离。基于知识生产的角度重新认知学科内涵,淡化学科外在制度的功利导向,赋予院系办学自主权,推动学科内在制度建设,实现学科内在与外在制度的有机统一,对院系治理具有一定指导意义。The discipline institution is the product of the interaction between discipline connotation and the external system,including the inner and outer dimensions which guide and regulate the faculty establishment and its governance.At present,the external institution of discipline is full of rigidity,utilitarianizing and grading,and the internal institution is inherently weaker,causing the first-level discipline orientation,the indicator-based evaluation,the establishment of hodgepodge college in humanities and social sciences.It also aggravates the lack of discourse power of disciplinary community in faculty governance.The faculty operation has a dual institutional isolation between the internal and the external.Rerecognizing the discipline connotation from the perspective of knowledge production,it should dilute utilitarian-oriented of discipline external institution,endow the college the autonomy of operation,promote construction of discipline internal institution,and realize the organic unity of the internal and external institution of discipline,which would guide faculty governance.
