摘　　要：近年来,引导和鼓励毕业生到基层就业已成为国家、社会和高校高度重视的焦点。思想政治教育作为高校引导和鼓励毕业生到基层就业的路径之一,有着不容被忽视的作用,但在实际运用中也存有一定问题。高职院校应从建立思政教育机制、加强教师队伍建设、丰富教育内容和拓展教育渠道等方面改革创新,更好地引导和鼓励毕业生到基层就业工作。In recent years, guiding and encouraging graduates to work at the grass-roots level has become the focus of great attention by the state, society, and colleges. As one of the paths for colleges and universities to guide and encourage graduates to work at the grass-roots level, ideological and political education cannot be ignored. There are some problems in practical application. Higher vocational colleges should reform and innovate from the aspects of establishing the mechanism of ideological and political education, strengthening the construction of teachers’ ranks, enriching the contents of education and expanding the channels of education, so as to better guide and encourage graduates to work at the grass-roots level.
