摘　　要：本文简要介绍了当前冷挤压成形工艺及特点,根据冷挤压成形特点及要求开发其专用设备。之后阐述了冷挤压液压机的关键技术,包括主机结构特点及设计优化、液压系统设计等内容,并指出该种结构的成形液压机具有较新的结构优势,能完全适应冷挤压的要求。This paper briefly introduces the current cold extrusion process and characteristics,and develops its special equipment according to the characteristics and requirements of cold extrusion.After that,the key technologies of the cold extrusion hydraulic press are described,including the structural characteristics,design optimization and the design of the hydraulic system,etc.It is pointed out that the forming hydraulic press with this structure has a relatively new structural advantage and can fully meet the requirements of the cold extrusion.
