摘  要:能源企业战略转型的演化过程如何?转型过程中人类活动和技术的交互怎样影响转型的结果?如何管理转型的过程?既往研究没有做出充分的解释和回答。本文从行动者网络理论(ANT:Actor-Network Theory)视角,采用纵向案例研究方法,解释能源企业战略转型的实施过程。研究结果表明,企业战略转型的过程即是关键行动者构建行动者联盟的过程,其中关键行动者的转译对转型的成功起着主导作用,技术作为非人类行动者在其中和人类行动者进行交互并促进(或抑制)行动者联盟的形成。本研究试图打开企业战略转型中各类行动者交互作用的黑箱,为传统能源企业实施战略转型提供理论依据。What is the process of the strategic transformation of energy enterprises?How does the interaction between human activities and technology affect the outcome of transformation?How to manage the process of transformation?Previous studies have not fully explained and answered these questions because they either pay more attention to the impact of policy factors on the technology innovation and sustainable development strategy of energy enterprises,or explain the key factors determining the success or failure of strategic transformation based on different research perspectives without fully reveal the interaction among various actors in transformations.The actor-network theory(ANT)can serve as a useful theoretical lens to answer the above questions,especially where technology plays a critical role and it is crucial to analyze the interactions between technology and human being.As the purpose of this study is to answer"how"to implement the strategic transformation of energy enterprises,which shows a dynamic process,the interpretative single case study method is suitable.There are two reasons for this.First,this paper applies ANT to explain the construction process of the actor network in the strategic transformation,which belongs to the interpretative study.Second,strategic transformation is complex in nature and is inextricably linked to the organizational context,which makes the in-depth single case study more suitable.ENN Group is selected for the case study based on three reasons.First,the availability of data can be ensured because the company has accumulated rich information since its establishment in 1989.Second,ENN Group is a typical case who commit to the energy industry for decades of years,and has experienced the process from a traditional energy enterprise to modern business mode.Third,technology plays an important role in the transformation of ENN Group,which is in line with the interpretation advantages of ANT.ENN Group has experienced two important strategic transformations.The first one took place aro
