金针菇对运动过度的免疫调节作用

摘　　要：针对运动过度引起的免疫力低下问题。以运动员为研究对象,采用免疫五项检查法和免疫力主观感觉评分法进行分组试验,对比研究了金针菇提取溶液对免疫力的调节作用。试验结果表明,金针菇多糖具有运动过度的免疫调节作用,能够减缓运动过度带来的心理和生理性免疫力降低,提高人体的免疫力。Aiming at the problem of hypoimmunity caused by over exercise,taking athletes as the research object,the five items of immunity test and the subjective feeling score of immunity were used to carry out the grouping experiment,and the regulation effect of the extract solution of Flammulina velutipes on immunity was comparatively studied.The results showed that F.velutipes polysaccharide had the immunoregulatory effect of over exercise,which could slow down the decrease of psychological and physiological immunity caused by over exercise and improve the immunity of human body.
