摘　　要：微生物发酵饲料是利用微生物发酵工程开发的新型饲料和饲料添加剂的总称。微生物发酵饲料能够提高饲料利用率,改善动物健康水平,提高生长性能及免疫功能等。本文综述了微生物发酵饲料的菌种及特征、生产工艺、代谢产物检测及其在动物生产中的应用现状和存在的问题,并对其应用前景进行了展望。Microbial fermented feed is a new type of feed and feed additive developed by microbial fermentation engineering.Microbial fermented feed can improve feed utilization,animal health,growth performance and immune function.In this paper,the species,characteristics,production process,detection of metabolites and their application in animal production were reviewed,and the prospect of its application was also discussed.
