摘　　要：目的:搭建基于当前新冠肺炎疫情防控形势下的医院职工健康管理信息系统。方法:采用建立基于微信小程序和医院信息集成平台通信的医院职工健康管理信息系统。结果:实现了疫情期间职工的健康信息采集工作,预防保健科医生结合职工实时的身心健康状况、职工健康档案和职业健康档案三方面信息,从社会、环境、生活方式、心理、身体状况等多方面考虑,为职工提供全方位健康和后勤保障服务。结论:系统可有效提升本院疫情排查工作效率,职工健康管理做到动态管理,对一些慢性病、职业病、传染病等提供提醒和建议,为早发现、早预防、早治疗提供信息技术支持,保障医护人员的身心健康,为战胜疫情做出贡献。Objective:To establish the hospital staff health management information system based on the current situation of prevention and control of COVID-19.Methods:The hospital staff health management information system based on applet of WeChat and hospital information integration platform communication is applied and established.Results:The health information collection work of staffs during the outbreak is realized.Combined with the real-time physical and mental health status of staffs,staff health files and occupational health files,doctors of the prevention and healthcare department provide the staffs with all-round health and logistics services from the aspects of society,environment,life style,psychology,physical condition,etc.Conclusion:The system can effectively improve the work efficiency of epidemic screening in our hospital;dynamically manage the staff health;provide reminders and suggestions for some chronic diseases,occupational diseases,infectious diseases,etc.;provide information technology support for early detection,early prevention and early treatment;guarantee the physical and mental health of medical and nursing personnel and make contributions to the triumph over the epidemic.
