摘　　要：目的:改变体外诊断试剂的粗放管理现状,规范临床检验流程,提高医疗质量。方法:借助功能条码、中间库等技术手段,对接医院现有信息系统,建立起试剂管理数据库。结果:经过实际应用,大幅提高了工作效率,实现了对试剂的精细化管理。结论:能够很好地解决我院试剂管理中存在的问题和不足,对试剂进行全周期可追溯管理。Objective:To change the extensive management of in-vitro diagnostic reagents(IVD),standardize the clinical examination and improve medical quality.Methods:With the help of functional bar code and middle base,an IVD management data is established to link up with the existing hospital information system.Results:The application shows that the system could greatly improve work efficiency and realize the refined management of IVD.Conclusion:The system can well solve the problems and shortcomings of IVD management in our hospital,and realize the full-cycle and traceable management of IVD.
