中医药干预前列腺癌内分泌治疗后部分雄激素缺乏综合征的研究进展

摘　　要：内分泌治疗是治疗前列腺癌重要手段,临床疗效确切,但是实际应用中,内分泌治疗所造成的不良影响也是不可忽略的。由于雄激素水平的骤减,出现一系列雄激素缺乏综合征的不适症状如烘热汗出、皮肤潮红、乏力、乳房发育、心烦、骨质疏松、记忆力减退、精力不集中等,归属于部分雄激素缺乏综合征的范畴。西医的治疗主要采取为患者补充睾酮的方法,而前列腺癌患者所患疾病决定了不能应用雄激素替代疗法来治疗雄激素缺乏综合征,中医药的配合可以减轻西医治疗的不良反应,提高生活质量,发挥减毒而不减效的作用突显了中医药的优势。因此文章以内分泌治疗后出现的部分雄激素缺乏综合征为出发点,探讨中医药对内分泌治疗不良反应的干预。Endocrine therapy is an important method for the treatment of prostate cancer,with definite clinical effect,but in practical application,the adverse effects caused by endocrine therapy cannot be ignored.Due to the sudden decrease of androgen level,a series of discomfort symptoms of androgen deficiency syndrome,such as fever,sweating,skin flushing,fatigue,breast development,vexation,osteoporosis,hypomnesis,lack of concentration,etc.,fall into the category of partial androgen deficiency syndrome.Western medicine treatment mainly adopts the method of supplementing testosterone for patients,and the diseases suffered by prostate cancer patients decide that androgen replacement therapy cannot be applied to treat androgen deficiency syndrome.The cooperation of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the adverse reactions of western medicine treatment,improve the quality of life,and play the role of reducing toxicity without reducing effect,highlighting the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,starting from partial androgen deficiency syndrome after endocrine therapy,this article discusses the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in improving adverse reactions of endocrine therapy.
