乙醛脱氢酶1与基质细胞衍生因子-1在胃癌患者组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探究胃癌患者肿瘤组织中乙醛脱氢酶1(Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1,ALDH1)和基质细胞衍生因子-1(Stromal cell derived factor-1,SDF-1)的表达情况以及临床意义。方法:收集312例于2012年6月~2014年6月在汉川市人民医院进行根治性切除胃癌的患者病理组织及癌旁组织标本且资料齐全的患者进行分析。结果:ALDH1在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌患者的TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移有关系(P<0.05),SDF-1在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌患者的TNM分期,有无淋巴结转移及浸润深度有关系(P<0.05),结论:胃癌患者组织中ALDH1和SDF-1表达显著升高,与胃癌患者分期及淋巴结转移密切相关,联合检测两个指标可以为预测胃癌的转移及预后提供理论依据。Objective:To investigate the expression of ALDH1 and SDF-1 in gastric carcinoma tissue and its clinical significance.Methods:312 cases of gastric carcinoma tissue and para-carcinoma tissue were collected from Hanchuan people's Hospital.Samples from June 2012 to June 2014 were analyzed.Results:The expression of ALDH1 in gastric carcinoma tissue was correlated with TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05),the SDF-1 was significantly correlated with the TNM stage,lymphatic metastasis and depth of invasion(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of ALDH1 and SDF-1 in gastric carcinoma was significantly increased,and correlated with TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis.Combined detection of these two indicators might provide theoretical basis for the prediction of gastric carcinoma metastasis and prognosis.
