摘 要:探究我国优秀跳远运动员在助跑过程中的趾-板距离误差、出现步数、变化特点和调整策略。采用分段录像解析法,以2018年全国田径锦标赛太原站跳远决赛中男、女前8名运动员的视觉调控现象为研究内容。结果显示,我国男、女跳远运动员视觉调控点分别出现在起跳前倒数第7步和第8步,局部调控出现在助跑最后2步;助跑的启动形式对最大趾-板距离误差没有显著影响,最大趾-板距离误差值以及出现步数对犯规率无显著影响。To explore the toe-board distance error,appearance position,change characteristics and adjustment strategy of the excellent long jump athletes in China.The paper used the segmentation video analysis method to probe into the visual regulation phenomenon of the top 8 male and female athletes in 2018 National Track and Field Championships-Taiyuan Station long jump finals,and discussed the degree of visual regulation and adjustment strategies of the long jump athletes in the process of running in China.Results:The visual control points of Chinese female and male long jump athletes appeared in the 7th and 8th steps before take-off,and local control appeared in the last 2 steps.The starting form of the run-up had no significant effect on the maximum toe-board distance deviation.The maximum toe-board distance deviation value and the where the steps appear had no significant effect on the foul rate.
