摘　　要：成人继续学习投入保障机制是丹麦成人教育和继续培训体系的主要保障措施,主要包括三方协议的多元支持、国家财政层面的大力投入、社会保障层面的有效助力以及税收层面的有力补充四个层面。丹麦成人继续学习投入保障机制在提升结构性就业率、激发成人参加继续学习的积极性以及加强国家、部门和地方各级利益相关方的高水平合作方面发挥了重要作用,对认识成人教育在经济发展中的重要性,建立健全国家职业资格框架体系,提供多部门、多维度的资金和政策支持以及发展多层次、多类型、多样化的成人教育具有重要的借鉴意义。The Input guarantee mechanism for adult continuing learning is the main safeguard measure for the adult education and continuing training system in Denmark.The Input guarantee mechanism mainly includes the diversified support from the tripartite agreement,the strong investment from the state finance,the effective assistance from social security and the strong supplement from tax.The Danish adult continuing learning Input guarantee mechanism has played an important role in enhancing structural employment rates,motivating adults to participate in continuing learning,and strengthening high-level cooperation among stakeholders at the national,sectoral and local levels.It is of great significance for us to understand the importance of adult education in economic development,to establish and improve the national vocational qualification framework system,to establish multi-sector,multi-dimensional financial and policy support and multi-level,multi-type and diversified adult education.
