摘 要:高校师生关系作为高等教育领域中最基本的人际关系,直接关系到大学生的成长与本科教育的质量。但近年来,相当一部分本科生不愿与老师交流互动,师生之间的疏离现象日趋突出。为了深入探究大学师生关系疏离的成因,研究通过质性研究的实证方法,对某省属师范大学的10位本科生进行深度访谈和对话,以此管窥在本科生的眼中师生疏离问题出现的原因。研究发现,在本科生视角下,大学师生关系的疏离是在传统师生观、学校地理位置、教师自身原因、网络信息技术等多重因素的影响下形成的。在此基础上,研究提出相应的建议对策:促进传统师生观的转变;为师生提供更丰富的资源和平台;教师应热爱教育事业,做好本职工作;改善大学教师的考核机制;以及合理适度地运用网络信息技术。The relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities as the most basic interpersonal relationship in higher education is directly related to the growth of college students and the quality of undergraduate education.However,in recent years,a considerable number of undergraduates are reluctant to interact with teachers,and the problem of estrangement between teachers and students has become increasingly prominent.For in-depth explorations of the causes of the estrangement in the teacher-student relationship in universities,this paper conducts in-depth interviews and dialogues with 10 undergraduates from a provincial normal university through empirical methods of qualitative research,so as to find out some reasons for the estrangement phenomenon of the university teacher-student relationship in the eyes of undergraduates.The study found that from the perspective of undergraduates,the estrangement between university teachers and students is formed under the influence of traditional views of teachers and students,school location,teachers’own reasons,and network information technology.On this basis,the research proposes corresponding countermeasures:promote the transformation of the traditional concept of teachers and students;provide more resources and platforms for teachers and students;teachers should love the cause of education and do their job well;improve the assessment mechanism of university teachers;use network information technology reasonably and properly.
