摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复理念对乳腺癌患者心理状况、生活质量及应对方式的影响。方法将188例乳腺癌患者采用信封法分为观察组(n=94)和对照组(n=94),观察组给予快速康复理念干预,对照组给予常规康复干预,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者焦虑和抑郁情况,健康调查简表(SF-36)生活质量量表评价患者生活质量,医学应对问卷(MCMQ)评价患者应对方式。结果干预前,两组患者SAS、SDS、SF-36、MCMQ各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者SAS、SDS、回避、屈服维度评分均明显低于对照组,躯体疼痛、精力、情感职能、精神健康、面对维度评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论快速康复理念有助于乳腺癌患者改善负性情绪、生活质量及应对方式,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation on psychological status,quality of life and coping modes of breast cancer patients.Method 188 breast cancer patients were divided into observation group(n=94)and control group(n=94)using envelops,with rapid rehabilitation intervention and routine rehabilitation intervention given respectively.Anxiety and depression were assessed by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS),patients’quality of life by the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36),and coping modes by medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ).Result There were no significant differences in scores of SAS,SDS,SF-36 and MCMQ before intervention(P>0.05).The scores of SAS,SDS,avoidance and acceptance-resignation in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after intervention(P<0.01).The scores of physical pain,energy,emotional function,mental health and facing factor in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group after intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation can help breast cancer patients improve negative emotions,quality of life and coping modes,which is worthy of clinical application.
