摘 要:为明确榆林地区沙棘根瘤的分布特征和形态结构,选取黄土和沙土两种生境,进行沙棘植株根系采集调查。结果表明,榆林地区不同生境沙棘根瘤都分布在0~80cm土层中,黄土生境中主要分布于0~40cm土层,沙土生境主要分布于10~40cm土层;不同生境沙棘根瘤随根系直径和树龄的增大,重量也相应增加。不同生境相比较,沙土生境根瘤中柱细长,黄土生境根瘤中柱短而粗;沙土生境根瘤细胞内含有被染色的泡囊结构较少,黄土生境根瘤细胞内含有的泡囊结构较多,并且在中柱,皮层中部均有。综上所述,榆林地区不同生境沙棘根瘤在不同土层、根系直径和树龄中都存在差异;不同生境沙棘根瘤在外部形态结构上基本相同,只是从数量、瘤体积上存在差异;从显微结构来看,黄土生境根瘤的固氮活力强于沙土生境根瘤。To clarify the characteristics of distribution and morphology of root nodules of Hippophae rhamnoides L.in two habitats,loess and sandy soil,in Yulin are randomly selected for root collection and investigation.The results show that the root nodules of Hippophae rhamnoides L.in different habitats are distributed in the 0-80cm soil layer,the loess soil habitats are mainly distributed in the 0-40cm soil layer,and 10-40cm soil layer in the sandy soil habitats.The root nodules of Hippophae rhamnoides L.in different habitats increase in weight with the increase of root diameter and tree age.Compared with different habitats,the columns in sandy soil are long and thin,while those in loess are short and thick.There are few stained vesicles in the root tumor cells of sandy soil habitat.There are more vesicle structures in the root nodule cells in the loess habitat,and there are more vesicle structures in the middle column and the middle part of the cortex,whereas there are less sand habitats.In conclusion,the root nodules of Hippophae rhamnoides L.in different habitats are different in different soil layers,root diameter and tree ages.The root nodules of Hippophae rhamnoides L.in different habitats are basically the same in external morphological structure,but different in quantity and tumor volume.In terms of micro-structure,the nitrogen-fixing activity of loess soil root nodules is stronger than that of sandy soil.
