陕西省本科高校图书馆微信公众平台应用现状及对策分析

摘　　要：技术的发展和生活水平的提高影响着人们的阅读行为,图书馆服务大环境也发生着翻天覆地的变化。为适应新时代大智移云环境,高校图书馆借助微信公众平台,可以更好地服务读者。陕西省本科高校图书馆微信公众平台主要存在平台开通目的不明确、服务定位不准确、平台利用水平参差不齐、缺乏专业技术人员指导、微信服务宣传推广不足、管理水平和服务意识尚需提高等问题,并提出合理化解决方案。The development of technology and the improvement of living standards affect people’s reading behavior,and the environment of library services is also undergoing tremendous changes.In order to adapt to the new era,university libraries use Wechat public platform to better serve readers.Through research and development,it is found that the main problems of Wechat public platform in Shaanxi university libraries are unclear purpose of opening platform and inaccurate service positioning;uneven level of platform utilization,lack of professional and technical personnel guidance;inadequate promotion of Weixin service,management level and service awareness need to be improved,etc.,and reasonable suggestions are put forward.
