摘　　要：目的评估尿微量清蛋白(mALB)检测钩状效应并确立设备报警后的处理方法及报告方案。方法分析患者结果分布得到待评估范围,分别进行临床可报告范围、钩状效应临界浓度、线性范围评估,根据评估结果确立不同报警下的处理方法及报告方式。结果临床报告范围0.9~2400.0 mg/L,厂家线性范围3~400 mg/L验证通过,检测结果超出线性范围,系统自动稀释8倍可完全避免钩状效应带来的影响。结论抗原抗体项目,抗原再添加技术能够有效发现钩状效应,实验室需在此基础上进行钩状效应评估,并结合线性范围确定报警下的处理方法和临床报告方案。Objective To evaluatethe hook effect of the microalbuminuria(mALB)and formulate the handling process and reporting scheme after the device alarms.Methods The distribution of patient results was analyzed to obtain the range,and the clinical reporting range,the critical concentration of hook effect and the linear range were evaluated respectively.Results According to the evaluation results,the handling method and reporting scheme under different alarms were determined.If the clinical report range was 0.9-2400.0 mg/L and the manufacturer′s linear range was 3-400 mg/L,it meant that the verification was passed.If the test result was out of the linear range,the system would automatically dilute to 8 times,which could completely avoid the influence of hook effect.Conclusion The antigen-antibody project and antigen re-addition technology can effectively detect the hook effect,the laboratory evaluates the hook effect on this basis,and determines the handling method and clinical reporting scheme by combining the linear range.
