西奈山环保组织固定液和透明液在病理技术中的应用

摘　　要：目的评估西奈山环保组织固定液和透明液在组织病理处理过程中的有效性。方法选取皮肤病理活检标本40份,平均分为两组,组1采用甲醛和二甲苯制片,组2采用西奈山环保组织固定液和透明液制片。制片后分别进行HE染色、免疫组化染色、组织化学染色,显微镜下观察染色效果。结果组2制片过程中,组织硬度适中,切片顺应性好,与组1相比无差别;染色效果两组镜下观察比较相仿。结论应用西奈山环保组织固定液和透明液的制片效果与传统方法相比无异,可以一定程度上替代传统的甲醛和二甲苯。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of xinaishan environmentally fixed transparent solution in histopathological treatment.Methods Forty skin biopsy specimens were selected,cut in half and divided into two groups,group 1 was prepared with formaldehyde and xylene,and group 2 was prepared with xinaishan environmental protection reagent.After preparation,HE staining,immunohistochemical staining and special staining were carried out respectively,and the staining effect was observed under the microscope.Results In group 2,the tissue hardness was moderate and the slice compliance was good,no difference compared with group 1;the staining results were similar between the two groups under microscope.Conclusion Compared with the traditional method,the film preparation effect of xinaishan environmental protection fixed transparent solution is the same,which can partly replace the traditional formaldehyde and xylene.
