摘　　要：田园综合体是我国农业领域的新兴事物,其体量巨大,资金需求量高,而PPP融资模式恰恰适合田园综合体融资需求特点。本文在尝试引入利益相关者理论的基础上,分析田园综合体PPP融资模式的运行机制,总结该种融资模式在现实运行中存在的主要问题,有针对性地提出合理的实施机制与优化路径,从而为完善我国田园综合体PPP融资模式提供理论借鉴。The rural complex is a new thing in the agricultural field in China,it has a huge volume and high capi⁃tal demand,and the PPP financing mode is exactly suitable for the characteristics of rural complex financing needs.On the basis of trying to introduce stakeholder theory,this paper analyzes the operation mechanism of the PPP fi⁃nancing mode of the rural complex,summarizes the main problems in the actual operation of this financing mode,and proposes reasonable implementation mechanisms and optimization paths in a targeted manner.This provides a theoretical reference for perfecting the PPP financing mode of China's rural complex.
