鹿油手工沐浴皂的制备及其抑菌性研究

摘　　要：采用冷制法以精制鹿油、椰子油、棕榈油,橄榄油、葡萄籽油为原料,添加艾叶提取液,制备了一种具有抑菌性的鹿油手工沐浴皂。结果表明:鹿油手工沐浴皂油脂最佳配方为精制鹿油20.00 g、椰子油14.00 g、棕榈油16.00 g、橄榄油40.00 g、葡萄籽油10.00 g,在此条件下加入用艾叶提取液(0.08 g/mL)配制的质量分数为0.30氢氧化钠溶液33.00 mL制备的鹿油手工沐浴皂对大肠杆菌抑菌作用最强,其次是金黄色葡萄球菌与枯草芽孢杆菌。Using cold process,a kind of deer oil handmade bath soap was prepared by adding Artemisia Argyi Leaf extract solution to the raw materials made from refined deer oil,coconut oil,palm oil,olive oil,and grape seed oil.The results showed that the optimized oil formulation of deer oil handmade bath soap was:refined deer oil was 20.00 g,coconut oil was 14.00 g,palm oil was 16.00 g,olive oil was 40.00 g,and grape seed oil was 10.00 g.Under this condition,the deer oil handmade bath soap prepared with sodium hydroxide solution(0.30 mass fraction)of 33.00 mL adding to Artemisia Argyi Leaf extract solution(0.08 g/mL)had the strongest antibacterial activity on Herichia coli,followed by the Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis.
