摘 要:文中通过对一起交叉相遇的碰撞事故案例进行分析,罗列出事故双方驾驶员违反的《1972年国际海上避碰规则》中相关条款,并深入探讨了交叉相遇局面中“直航船”的行动:包括交叉相遇局面的判定,直航船为什么要采取行动,作为直航船驾驶员的误区,直航船何时要采取保向保速的行动,何时要采取独自操纵的行动,何时要采取最有助于避碰的行动,从而让驾驶员能充分了解《1972年国际海上避碰规则》,尤其能让作为直航船的驾驶员避免误区,能及时采取有效的避碰行动,达到确保海上航行安全的目的。Based on the analysis of a collision accident involving crossing,the paper lists the relevant provisions of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at sea,1972 violated by the officers of both parties of the accident.It probes into the actions of the"stand-on vessel"in a crossing situation,including the judgment of a crossing situation,the justification for the"standon vessel"to take actions,the misunderstanding of the officers onboard,the time for the"stand-on vessel"to take actions to keep her course and speed,the time to take actions of its own manoeuvre,and the time to take actions to avoid collision,in order to help officers to adequately understand the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at sea,1972,especially help the officers of the"stand-on vessel"to avoid misunderstanding,and take effective actions in time to avoid collision so as to ensure the safety of the navigation at sea.
