摘  要:采用公路-1级汽车荷载对不同地基的钢波管涵洞应力和变形进行了模拟分析,得到结论:不同基础材料对钢波纹管涵洞的应力、变形影响较大,且大小关系为一般填土>碎石填土>天然砂砾>级配碎石;通过改善基础材料可有效改善钢波纹管涵洞的应力和变形,基础换填材料宜选用级配碎石或天然砂砾。钢波纹管涵洞施工时应做好施工组织,钢波纹板应错缝拼装,管涵两侧对称回填,确保施工质量。The highway 1 class automobile load was used to simulate the stress and deformation of steel corrugated tube culverts on different foundations, and the following conclusions were obtained: the different foundation materials have a greater impact on the stress and deformation of steel corrugated tube culverts, and the relationship between the magnitudes was: general soil filling>gravel filling >natural gravel>graded gravel. The stress and deformation of steel corrugated culverts can be effectively improved by improving the base material. Graded gravel or natural gravel should be used as the foundation replacement material. The construction organization of steel corrugated pipe culvert should be well organized, the corrugated board should be assembled with staggered joints, and the two sides of the pipe culvert should be backfilled symmetrically to ensure the construction quality.
