基于DEA模型的安徽省创业板上市公司 技术创新效率评价

摘　　要：以2016-2018年安徽省14家创业板上市公司为样本,运用DEA方法,从效率分析、投影分析和行业分析3个角度评价了上市公司的技术创新效率。实证研究结果表明:安徽省创业板上市公司技术创新效率整体波动较大且水平偏低;多数企业处在规模报酬递增阶段,存在投入冗余和产出不足的问题;新能源行业企业技术创新效率最高而新一代信息技术行业最低。最后就提高该省技术创新效率提出相关建议。Taking 14 GEM listed companies in Anhui province from 2016 to 2018 as samples,the paper established an investment-oriented BCC model with DEA method,and evaluated the technical innovation efficiency of listed companies from three perspectives of efficiency analysis,projection analysis and industry analysis.The empirical results show that the overall technical innovation efficiency of GEM listed companies in Anhui province fluctuates greatly and the level is low.Most enterprises are in the stage of increasing returns to scale and have problems of redundant input and insufficient output.New energy industry enterprise technology innovation efficiency is the highest and the new generation of information technology industry is the lowest.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of technological innovation in this province.
