精细化责任制管理模式在层流洁净手术室管理中的应用及效果

摘　　要：目的研究精细化责任制管理模式应用在层流洁净手术室管理中的效果。方法选取我院层流洁净手术室于2017年9月至2018年12月收治的116例患者,对照组使用常规护理,实验组使用精细化责任制管理模式,比较两组护理效果、感染情况以及护理满意度。结果实验组的护理效果优于对照组,实验组的总感染率(6.89%)低于对照组(20.69%),且实验组的总满意率(94.83%)要明显高于对照组(82.76%),P<0.05。结论在层流洁净手术室管理中应用精细化责任制管理模式,不但有助于提升护理效果,还有助于降低患者发生感染的概率,能够极大的提升患者对护理工作的满意程度,所以应当大力推广此管理模式。Objective To study the effect of refined accountability management mode in laminar clean operating room management.Methods 116 patients in our hospital's laminar flow clean operating room from September 2017 to December 1818 were selected.The control group used routine nursing.The experimental group used the refined responsibility management mode to compare the nursing effect and infection status of the two groups.And satisfaction with care.Results The nursing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The total infection rate of the experimental group(6.89%)was lower than that of the control group(20.69%),and the total satisfaction rate of the experimental group(94.83%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.76%),P<0.05.Conclusion The application of the refined accountability management mode in laminar flow clean operating room management not only helps to improve the nursing effect,but also helps to reduce the probability of infection in patients,which can greatly improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing work.Therefore,this management model should be vigorously promoted.
