摘 要:目的探索地衣芽孢杆菌与粉红粘帚霉复配菌种对马铃薯疮痂病及产量的影响。方法以采自沽源县携带疮痂病的马铃薯病薯薯块为试验材料,研究不同菌量的地衣芽孢杆菌与粉红粘帚霉复配菌种对马铃薯疮痂病及产量的影响。结果不同处理的地衣芽孢杆菌和粉红粘帚霉复配菌种对马铃薯的产量几乎没有影响,但对马铃薯疮痂病的影响较大,与对照相比存在显著性差异;不同处理间对马铃薯疮痂病的影响差异不显著。结论地衣芽孢杆菌与粉红粘帚霉菌复配菌种不影响马铃薯产量,但可以有效地防治马铃薯疮痂病。Objective To determine the effects of combination of Bacillus licheniformis and Gliocladium roseum on potato scab and potato yield.Methods Potato infected with scab in Guyuan County was examined as experimental material.The effects of combination of Bacillus licheniformis and Gliocladium roseum with different concentrations on potato scab and yield were determined.Results The combination of Bacillus licheniformis and Brucella farinacea with different treatments had little effect on potato yield,but great effect on potato scab with significant difference compared with control group.And there were no significant difference in effects of different treatments on potato scab.Conclusion Therefore,the combination of Bacillus licheniformis and Mucronella farinacea does not affect potato yield,but can effectively control potato scab.
