摘　　要：戴松恩院士是我国著名的细胞遗传学家,在我国率先主持开展小麦非整倍体研究,为作物遗传育种研究的纵深发展奠定基础。戴松恩院士长期在国家级农业科学研究机构从事管理工作,为我国农业科学事业的发展作出了重要贡献。从科学思维的角度来看,戴松恩院士具有质疑思维、相似移植和战略思维。就科学精神而言,他身上充分体现出了献身祖国、弘农为民的爱国精神;勇于开拓、敢为人先的创新精神;严谨求真、实事求是的唯实精神;坚忍不拔、锲而不舍的探索精神;提携后学,举贤荐能的育才精神;淡泊名利,鞠躬尽瘁的奉献精神。Academician Dai Song-en is a famous cytogeneticist in China.He takes the lead in conducting wheat aneuploidy research in China,laying a foundation for the deep development of crop genetic breeding research.Dai Song-en has been engaged in the management in national level agricultural scientific research institutions for a long time,during which he has made important contributions to the development of agricultural science in China.From the perspective of scientific thinking,Dai Song-en has questioning thinking,similar transplantation and strategic thinking.In terms of scientific spirit,he fully interprets the patriotic spirit by devoting himself to the motherland and carrying forward agriculture to serve the people;the spirit of innovation by daring to be the pioneer;the reality principles by pursuing the science rigorousness and seeking for the truth;the spirit of exploration by striving for perseverance and unyieldingness;the efforts of cultivating the young generation by guiding and recommending the talents;and the spirit of devoting by being indifferent to fame and wealth and sparing every effort to science.
