摘　　要：中国共产党历来高度重视对人才的政治引领和政治吸纳,当前加强对人才的政治引领和政治吸纳是新时代的内在要求。对人才的政治引领和政治吸纳是两个既有区别又有联系的概念。尤其是,政治引领是一个政治性和实践性都很强的概念,可以从政治导向、心理认同及价值观培育等方面进行内涵解构。近年来,对人才的政治引领和政治吸纳工作都取得了一定成绩,但也存在一些亟需解决的问题。加强对人才的政治引领和政治吸纳,需要进一步完善顶层设计、聚焦重点群体和关键阶段、夯实基础性工作。同时,加强对人才的政治引领需要进一步创新模式方法;加强对人才的政治吸纳需要进一步完善遴选机制,积极探索“普遍性”政治吸纳模式。Our Party has always attached great importance to political leadership and political absorption of talents.Strengthening political leadership and political absorption of talents is a requirement of the new era.Political leadership and political absorption of talent are two concepts that are both different and related.In particular,political leadership is a very political practicalconcept that can be interpreted from the aspects of political orientation,psychological identity,and cultivation of values.In recent years,some achievements have been made in the political leadership and absorption of talents,but there are also some problems.At present,to strengthen the political leadership and absorption of talents,we need to further improve the top-level design,focus on key groups and its key stages,and consolidate basic work.At the same time,strengthening political leadership of talents requires further innovations in models and methods;Strengthening the political absorption of talents requires further improvement of the selection mechanism and active exploration of"universal"political absorption models.
