摘 要:介绍新型巴金密封件挤出口型(以下简称巴金口型)的设计。传统巴金口型挤出的巴金密封件厚度不均,接头易出现裂缝,密封性差,导致密封件使用寿命较短且成品轮胎易出现水疤、气泡等问题。新型巴金口型采用燕尾槽式设计,燕尾槽中设置同心轴,解决了巴金密封件半成品厚度不均的问题,可以避免硫化过程中巴金密封件的接口缝隙,提高轮胎成品质量和生产效率。The design of a new type Bajin seal extrusion die was introduced. The thickness of Bajin seal extruded by traditional Bajin die was uneven,cracking defects of the joints occurred frequently,and the sealing performance was poor,which resulted in the short service life of the seal,and caused water mark and bubble problems in the finished tire. The new Bajin die adopted dovetail groove design with concentric shaft,which solved the problem of uneven thickness of semi-finished Bajin seal products,avoided the interface gap of Bajin seals in the vulcanization process,and improved the quality of the finished tire and production efficiency.
