摘  要:为探求8周非稳定性抗阻训练对高校女子健美操运动员身体姿态控制能力效果的影响程度。采用文献资料法、实验法、测试法和数理统计法。实验组与对照组在主体训练部分对原有训练结构进行重建的同时将实验组加入了非稳定性的抗阻功能训练元素,对照组只对训练手段非稳定性进行调整。研究表明实验组在30s俯卧推拉球、60s两头起、八级腹桥、五级侧桥4个指标有显著性提高,其中八级腹桥、五级侧桥有非常显著提高,非稳定性训练效果要优于稳定条件下;对照组在60s两头起、八级腹桥、五级侧桥3个指标有显著提高,30s屈体跳差异均无显著性,其中实验组与对照组在第二周期提高幅度均高于第一周期提高幅度。To explore the effect of 8-week non-stability resistance training on body posture control of college female aerobics athletes.In this paper,the methods of literature,experiment,test and mathematical statistics are used.The experimental group and the control group added the unstable resistance function training elements while the original training structure was reconstructed in the main training part.The control group only adjusted the unstable training methods.The results showed that the four indexes of the experimental group,which were prone push-pull ball in 30 seconds,two-up in 60 seconds,eight-grade ventral bridge and five-grade side bridge,were significantly improved,among which eight-grade ventral bridge and five-grade side bridge were significantly improved,the effect of non-stability training was better than that of stability training;the control group had significant improvement in three indexes of two-head,eight-grade abdominal bridge and five-grade side bridge in 60 seconds,and there was no significant difference in 30-second pike jump,the experimental group and the control group in the second cycle of higher than the first cycle of increase in the extent.
