摘 要:新型电动平车导航控制系统是采用基于红外与视频结合的导航系统,不需要专用轨道和磁条等导轨设施,在地面用油漆喷涂路线和工位符号,简化施工要求和降低维护成本;摄像头的安装不需要特殊设计,检测地面标识,对像素的要求不高,数据处理简单有效,结合红外传感,不需要额外的轨道设备就可以辅助判断轨道跟踪,基于控制器域网通信网络的应用,进一步提高了系统的可靠性,配件选择方便,可适用于电动平车的厂内、大吨位、慢速度的搬运工作。The navigation control system device of electric transport vehicle based on the combination of infrared and video is adopted,which does not need to lay special track,magnetic strip and other guide rails,but only needs to spray the route and station identification on the ground,which simplifies the construction requirements and maintenance costs;the installation of camera does not need special design,and through the ground identification,the pixel requirements are not high,the data processing is not complex,and the infrared sensor is not Additional track equipment is needed to assist in judging track tracking and the application of CAN communication network,which further improves the reliability of the system.Can communication is adopted to facilitate the selection of accessories.It is more suitable for the transportation of large tonnage and slow speed in the factory of electric flat cars.
