摘 要:对禽蛋食品品质进行高效、快速、准确的无损检测,在禽蛋生产、流通、包装等领域具有重要意义。为实现禽蛋生产无损品质检测,设计一套基于计算机技术和DCS相结合的禽蛋品质在线智能检测控制系统。介绍禽蛋无损检测系统整体结构,根据在线检测要求设计一套由CMOS数字摄像机、图像采集卡、运动控制模块及计算机等相关硬件组成的视觉采集系统。在上述硬件结构基础上,开发在线检测系统软件。经过相关试验验证,该控制系统能够实现96%禽蛋裂纹识别率、94%污斑别率,总体识别准确率达95.6%,基本能够满足禽蛋在线检测需求。It is of great significance to detect the quality of poultry eggs efficiently, quickly and accurately in the fields of production, circulation and packaging of poultry eggs. In order to realize non-destructive quality detection in egg production, an on-line intelligent detection and control system for egg quality based on computer technology and DCS was designed. The whole structure of the non-destructive testing system for poultry eggs was introduced. According to the requirement of on-line testing, a visual acquisition system composed of CMOS digital camera, image acquisition card, motion control module, computer and other related hardware was designed. On the basis of the above hardware structure, the software of online detection system was developed. The experimental results showed that the control system could realize the recognition rate of cracks, stains and total recognition accuracy of 96%, 94% and 95.6%, which basically met the requirements of on-line detection of eggs.
