摘  要:分别研究了不同环境湿度条件下,铝合金型材表面氧化膜对MIG焊接接头性能及气孔率的影响。试验结果表明,在湿度较低时(相对湿度5%~10%),刮削去除氧化膜与不处理氧化膜两种情况下的焊缝均成形良好、探伤无气孔,二者金相组织及拉伸性能区别不大;在湿度较高时(相对湿度40%~50%),刮削去除氧化膜与不处理氧化膜两种状态焊缝成形依然良好,但不处理氧化膜的焊缝有气孔产生,焊接热输入的增加可降低气孔率,对于6005A-T6高速列车车体型材,当热输入达到4400 J/cm时,焊缝该类气孔消失,但热输入的提高会使得焊缝的抗拉强度降低约14%。Effects of oxide film on the surface of aluminum alloy profile on mechanical properties and porosity of welded joint by MIG was studied in two different environmental humidity ranges,respectively.The results showed that when the humidity range was low(5%~10%relative humidity),the weld formed by manual scraping and non treatment of oxide film had good appearance,without porosity in X-ray detection,and there was little difference in metallographic and tensile properties between them.When the humidity was high(40%~50%relative humidity),the weld formed by manual scraping and non treatment of oxide film still had good appearance.But if the oxide film was not treated,the porosity would increase.And with the increase of welding heat input,the porosity of weld without oxide film treatment decreased gradually.For 6005A-T6 high-speed train body profile,when the heat input reached 4400 J/cm,the porosity decreased to 0 theoretically,but the increase of heat input would reduce the tensile strength of the weld by about 14%.
