摘 要:目的探讨在正畸治疗患者中应用热激活镍钛弓丝对龈沟液中炎症因子及骨质破坏的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月在河南省职工医院进行正畸治疗的85例患者,随机分为观察组43例,对照组42例。对照组用普通镍钛弓丝正畸治疗,观察组采用热激活镍钛弓丝,比较两组细胞因子及成骨标志分子的mRNA表达量。结果治疗2个月后,与对照组相比,观察组高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、血清可溶性髓样细胞触发受体-1(sTREM1)、白介素细胞1α(1L-1α)及白介素细胞1β(1L-1β)水平较低,碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、破骨细胞(OC)、核心结合因子(Runx2)、Wnt家族成员3a (Wnt3a)及骨保护素(OPG)表达量均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在正畸治疗患者中应用热激活镍钛弓丝,可有效缓解龈沟液中炎症状态,阻碍骨质破坏。Objective To investigate the effect of hot activated nickel-titanium arch wire on inflammatory factors and bone destruction in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)in orthodontic patients. Methods 85 patients undergoing orthodontic treatment in the hospital from May, 2018 to May, 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=43) and control group(n=42). The control group was treated with common nickel-titanium arch wire orthodontic treatment, and the observation group was treated with hot activated nickel-titanium arch wire. The mRNA expression of cytokines and osteogenic markers was compared between the two groups. Results After 2 months of treatment, compared with the control group, the levels of protein B1(HMGB1), receptor-1(sTREM1), IL-1 α(1 L-1 α) and IL-1 β(1 L-1 β) in the observation group were lower, and the expression of ALP, OC, core binding factor(Runx2), Wnt3 a and osteoprotegerin(OPG)were significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of thermal activated nickel-titanium arch wire in orthodontic treatment can effectively alleviate the inflammatory state in gingival crevicular fluid and hinder bone destruction.
