摘　　要：目的探讨健康管理对出院后的青年脑卒中患者的影响。方法随机选取2015年12月—2018年12月来河南大学第一附属医院诊治的300例脑卒中青年患者进行分组,试验组150例出院后采用健康管理法,对照组150例出院后采用常规护理法。结果试验组患者的患者生存质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理法相比,健康管理应用于出院后青年脑卒中患者,利于提升患者的生活质量,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of health management on young stroke patients after discharge. Methods 300 young patients with cerebral apoplexy diagnosed and treated in the hospital from December, 2015 to December, 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. 150 patients in the experimental group were treated with health management after discharge, and 150 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing method after discharge. Results The quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing method, the application of health management in young stroke patients after discharge is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients and is worth popularizing.
