摘 要:目的建立同时测定中药材枸杞子、百合、山药、菊花、山楂、薏苡仁中铬(Cr)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd) 5种元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)。方法采用微波消解法对枸杞子、百合、山药、菊花、山楂、薏苡仁药材样品进行前处理,以硒、锗、铟为内标,采用ICP-MS法同时测定样品中Cr、Ni、Cu、As、Cd的含量,并进行方法学考察。结果检测的药材样品中Cr、Ni、Cu、As、Cd 5种重金属元素在0~50μg·L-1低浓度范围内均有良好的线性关系(r≥0.999),重复性实验测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.46%~11.50%,加标回收率为84.43%~109.02%,与标准参考物质对照实验呈现良好的一致性。结论建立的ICP-MS重金属检测方法操作简便,重现性好,结果准确,可用于中药材质量控制。Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)for the simultaneous determination of five heavy metal elements of chromium(Cr),nickel(Ni),copper(Cu),arsenic(As)and cadmium(Cd)in Chinese medicinal materials of wolfberry,lily,yam,chrysanthemum,Chinese hawthorn and barberry.Methods The samples of wolfberry,lily,yam,chrysanthemum,Chinese hawthorn and barberry were pre-treated by microwave digestion method,and the contents of Cr,Ni,Cu,As and Cd in the samples were simultaneously determined by ICP-MS method with selenium,germanium and indium as internal standard.The methodological investigation was carried out.Results For the measured of five heavy metal elements of Cr,Ni,Cu,As and Cd,there was a good linear relationship(r≥0.999)in the concentration range of 0-50μg·L-1,the relative standard deviation of the repeatable experimental measurement results was 1.46%-11.50%,and the spiked recovery was 84.43%-109.02%,and it was showed good consistency with the standard reference materials.Conclusion The established ICP-MS heavy metal detection method is simple,reproducible and accurate.It can be used for quality control of Chinese medicinal materials.
