摘　　要：文章采用网站调查和文献调研法,从专业馆员队伍建设、专业馆员服务内容和专业资源建设等方面对我国高职院校图书馆专业馆员服务现状进行调查,分析专业馆员服务存在的问题。在此基础上,从思想观念、队伍建设、资源建设、嵌入式服务等角度提出了高职院校图书馆专业馆员服务的发展策略。Through the methods of website survey and literature survey,the paper investigates the current situation of professional librarian services in higher vocational college libraries from the aspects of team construction and service content of professional librarians and professional resources construction,as well as analyzes the current situation and existing problems of professional librarian services.On this basis,it puts forward the development strategies of professional librarian services in higher vocational college libraries from the perspectives of ideological concept,team construction,resources construction and embedded services.
