高校办公区室内改造设计研究--以沈阳建筑大学为例

摘　　要：本文以沈阳建筑大学机关楼办公区改造为例,以结合实际需求、突出以人为本的设计理念出发,将机关楼原有的展示区改造成目前办公人员所需的以功能为主的办公区,并将改造设计所涉及的对空间的合理分配与对空间的需求进行了仔细的分析与研究,针对不同空间所对应的不同需求,提出相应的解决办法,在改造中增添原设计中缺少的立面装饰,在创造办公空间的功能、布局等方面进行了有益的探讨,有效地将机关楼装饰单一、功能单一、布局不合理等方面进行了设计及改进。This article takes Shenyang Jianzhu University’s office building renovation as an example.Based on the actual needs and highlighting the people-oriented design concept,the original exhibition area of the office building is renovated into a functional-oriented office area that is currently required by office staff.And the reasonable allocation of space and the needs of space involved in the transformation design are carefully analyzed and researched.According to the different needs of different spaces,corresponding solutions are proposed.In the renovation,the facade decoration that was missing from the original design is added,and a useful discussion is made on the function and layout of the office space.
