试论中国古代的“生命信仰”

摘　　要：在中国古代哲学思想的宝库中,关于“生命信仰”的思想,如“养生长生”“采药炼丹”“行气调息”等盛行,发端上古并且贯穿了整个中华文明上下五千年的历史,产生了成熟的中国古代人体生命科学——中华气功学。通过梳理先秦两汉时期中华气功学史略,立论于其对于生命的论述的背后的意识形态基础,旨在指出,这些对于人体生命的论述远离了性理礼教,并不见恣肆思辨,更不是凭空谈玄,而唯以人体生命规律机理立论,且有实践之下的修养方法(气功学,中医学分支),足见其背后支撑着相当一部分中国古代先民坚定之信仰。这种信仰发自人人的生命本能,是坚定地让自身恢复健康,或更健康,或保持在良好的健康状态的意愿,以及坚定地相信通过长期修养生命得法,必定会使得自身恢复健康、更健康,或保持在良好的健康状态的信念,名之曰“生命信仰”。接着论述了中国古代的“生命信仰”的普遍性与特殊性,并阐发“生命信仰”的现代意义,提出重建当今社会生命健康理念的设想。The reference to“faith of life”has rarely been discussed by previous generations,but in fact,in the treasure house of ancient Chinese philosophy,the thought under“Life belief”,such as“Health longevity”,“Mining alchemy”,“Traveling gas rhythm”and so on are everywhere,originated in ancient and throughout the history of the whole Chinese civilization for 5,000 years,and produced the mature ancient Chinese human life science——Chinese Qigong.This paper make a point on exposition of human life behind the ideological basis by combing the history and strategy of Chinese Qigong during the pre-Qin period,aiming to point out discussions on human life are far away from the sexual ethics,not to think about it arbitrarily and not to talk about it from nothing,but only based on the mechanism of human life regularity and cultivation method under practice(Qigong,branch of Traditional Chinese medicine),which shows it supports the firm belief of quite a considerable number of ancient Chinese ancestors.This belief originated from life instinct,everyone firmly believed that they can be restored to health,more healthy,or in a good state of health through the long-term cultivation of life belief,which is called by author.And discussed the universality and particularity of“life belief”in ancient China,illuminated the modern significance and proposed the current idea of reconstructing the concept of life and health at the end.
