摘　　要：目的探讨分层次管理模式对肺癌癌痛患者护理满意度、负性心理及世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BRIEF)评分的影响。方法随机数字表法选取2017年4月至2018年6月我院收治的84例肺癌癌痛患者进行研究。采取随机数字表法将84例患者均分为2组。其中对照组42例患者采取常规护理。观察组42例患者在分层次管理模式下进行护理。对2组患者护理满意度量表、护理安全考评结果、WHOQOL-BRIEF评分等进行比较。结果观察组42例患者WHOQOL-BRIEF评分、满意度、负性情绪评分、护理安全考评结果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分层次管理不仅能够提高肺癌癌痛患者护理满意度,还有利于改善患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of hierarchical management model on the nursing satisfaction,negative mentality and quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BRIEF)scores in patients with lung cancer pain.Methods Randomly included in this study were 84 patients with lung cancer pain admitted to our hospital between April 2017 and June 2018.The patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table.The control group(n=42)received routine nursing care,and the study group(n=42)received nursing care with hierarchical management mode.The outcomes of nursing satisfaction,nursing safety evaluation,WHOQOL-BRIEF score in the two groups were compared.Results The WHOQOL-BRIEF score,nursing satisfaction,negative mentality score,and nursing safety evaluation in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management mode may improve the nursing satisfaction,and also the quality of life in patients with lung cancer pain.
