摘 要:目的研究酪蛋白磷酸肽钙磷复合物(CPP-ACP)在体外对早期牙酸蚀症的再矿化作用。方法应用离体牙制备人工早期牙酸蚀症标本60例,随机分为4组,每组15例,分别浸入4种不同溶液(A组为0.2%的NaF溶液、B组为1%CPP-ACP溶液、C组为0.2%的NaF+1%CPP-ACP混合液、D组为去离子水)再矿化处理7 d后,采用显微硬度计测量釉质表面显微硬度的变化。结果再矿化后,其他3组较去离子水组釉质表面显微硬度显著提高,C组提高最多,除了A组和B组的釉质表面显微硬度无显著差异(p>0.05)外,其余两两比较,差别均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论CPP-ACP能够促进早期牙酸蚀症再矿化,氟对其具有协同加强作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate(CPP-ACP)on remineralization of early dental erosion in vitro.Methods Sixty enamel pieces which had been immersed in a Coca-Cola drink to make early dental erosion were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=15).Then they were given 4 different treatments(Group A:0.2%NaF;Group B:1%CPP-ACP;Group C:0.2%NaF+1%CPP-ACP;Group D:deionized water)for 7 d to enhance remineralization.The microhardness of enamel surface was measured at baseline,after the Coca-Cola drink erosion,and after remineralization stage.Results Compared with the group of deionized water,the microhardness of enamel surface in the other three groups was significantly improved after remineralization,while the Group C improved the most.Except that there was no significant difference in the microhardness on the surface of enamel in group A and group B(p>0.05),the difference in the other pairwise comparisons was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion CPP-ACP can promote remineralization of early dental erosion.And this remineralization potential can be synergistically with fluoride.
