摘　　要：大力推进劳动教育是坚持和发展新时代中国特色社会主义的内在要求,仅仅把劳动教育视为一种教育理念、教育政策或教育实践是远远不够的,还必须从社会主义政治文明形态建构的高度去理解和把握劳动教育的政治形态和政治逻辑。社会主义为当代中国劳动教育定性,社会主义劳动教育实现了对资本主义劳动教育的全面超越,使社会发展与个体成长、脑力劳动与体力劳动达成内在统一,克服教育与劳动相分离的局限。社会主义劳动教育的政治形态历经组织化、市场化、制度化三个发展阶段,劳动教育已经成为社会主义国家制度体系和国家治理的重要组成部分。运用政治思维和政治方法考察包括劳动教育在内的劳动问题,是当代中国马克思主义劳动理论研究的重要思路。Vigorously promoting labor education is the internal requirement of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is far from enough to regard labor education as an educational idea,policy or practice.It is also necessary to understand and grasp the political form and political logic of labor education highlighting the construction of socialist political civilization.Socialism is the nature of labor education in contemporary China.Socialist labor education transcends capitalist labor education in an all-round way,realizing the unity of social development with individual growth,mental labor with physical labor,and overcoming the limitation of separating education from labor.The political form of socialist labor education has gone through three stages of development:organization,marketization and institutionalization.Labor education has become an important part of the socialist national system and national governance.It is an important way to study the labor problems including labor education with political thinking and political methods.
