摘  要:除了培训内容与手段的变革,培训管理也是影响教师培训成效的关键因素。关注学员内在需求,满足他们的归属感、被尊重及自我实现的需要,将极大地激发他们主动学习的动力,提高培训质量。为此,我们在强化培训目标、增加团队认同以及注重过程参与方面,采取了一系列优化策略,同时强调管理者应加强危机意识、前瞻意识、人文意识和服务意识。In addition to the reform of training content and means,training management is also a key factor affecting teacher training.It will immensely stimulate their motivation of active learning and improve the quality of training by paying attention to the internal needs of trainees,satisfying their sense of belonging,respecting them and promoting their self realization.To this end,a series of optimization strategies are adopted in terms of strengthening training objectives,increasing team identity and emphasizing process participation.Meanwhile,managers should strengthen their awareness of crisis,foresight,humanity and service.
