摘　　要：社会心理因素与糖、脂、尿酸、肠道菌群代谢异常有关,也在心血管疾病的病因和进展中扮演重要角色,改善社会心理应激因素将有助于预防代谢紊乱和心血管疾病的发生。目前对社会心理因素在糖、脂、尿酸、肠道菌群代谢紊乱中的研究已取得一定进展,但其相互关系及在心血管疾病中的相关研究成果,还有待于梳理总结。文章就社会心理因素与糖、脂、尿酸、肠道菌群代谢的关系及其潜在的作用机制研究进展做一综述。Psychosocial factors have been thought to be associated with abnormal metabolism of glucose,lipid,and uric acid,and to affect the normal intestinal flora as well.In addition,these factors play an important role in the etiology and development of cardiovascular diseases.Management of psychosocial stress factors will be helpful in preventing metabolic disorders and cardiovascular diseases.Currently,some progress have been made in quantifying the association between the psychosocial factors and metabolic disturbances of glucose,lipid,uric acid and intestinal flora.This review summarizes the relationship between psychosocial factors and abnormal metabolism of glucose,lipid,uric acid and intestinal flora,and their potential mechanism.
