重庆市沙坪坝区城市化水平与生态环境质量的关系研究——基于1998-2017年数据

摘　　要：【目的】研究重庆市沙坪坝区1998-2017年的城市化水平子系统与生态环境质量子系统的耦合协调关系的动态演变趋势。【方法】利用相关统计数据,分别构建两个子系统的综合评价指标体系,借助物理耦合模型对两个子系统的耦合协调关系的动态演变进行分析与评价。【结果】1)城市化水平综合指数在1998-2017年间均保持上升趋势,从1998年的0.044增加到2017年的0.983;2)生态环境质量综合指数在研究期间呈波动上升趋势,1998-2003年间上升,2003-2006年间表现出下降,2006年后呈波动增长;3)沙坪坝区城市化水平与生态环境质量的耦合协调度的时态演变整体表现为波动上升,进一步可细分为3个时段:1998-2004年、2004-2006年、2006-2017年,分别为上升趋势、小幅下降趋势、波动上升趋势:4)在1998-2017年间,耦合协调类型从基本不协调逐渐过渡到高级协调。【结论】明确沙坪坝区城市化水平与生态环境质量耦合协调关系的现状及动态演变规律,制定科学的区域发展策略,对区域城市系统与生态系统的协调持续稳定发展具有重要现实意义。[Purposes]To study the dynamic evolution trend of the coupling and coordination relationship between the urbanization level subsystem and the eco-environment quality subsystem in Shapingba district of Chongqing city from 1998 to 2017.[Methods]Using the relevant statistical data,construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of the two subsystems respectively,and analyze and evaluate the dynamic evolution of the coupling and coordination relationship between the two subsystems by means of the physical coupling model.[Findings]1)The comprehensive index of urbanization level maintained an upward trend from 1998 to 2017,increasing from 0.044 to 0.983;2)The comprehensive index of eco-environment quality showed a rising trend from 1998 to 2003,showing a decline from 2003 to 2006,and rising after 2006;3)The temporal evolution of the coupling and coordination degree between the urbanization level and the eco-environment quality in Shapingba district shows an overall increase in fluctuations,which can further increase.It is subdivided into three periods:1998—2004,2004—2006,2006—2017,respectively,rising,slight decline,and rising fluctuation;4)During 1998—2017,the type of coupling coordination gradually transitioned from basic incoordination to advanced coordination.[Conclusions]To clarify the current status and dynamic evolution of the coupling and coordination relationship between the urbanization level and ecological environment quality of Shapingba district,and to formulate a scientific regional development strategy are of great practical significance to the sustainable and stable development of regional cities-ecosystems.
