摘　　要：目的探讨鸟嘌呤核苷酸抑制因子2(RhoGDI2)和N-myc下游调节基因2(NDRG2)在肝癌组织中的表达及意义。方法所有患者手术中取原发灶癌组织及癌组织旁的正常组织,做好标签,立即放到液氮中保存,以备后期对标本石蜡包埋,免疫组化染色,对RhoGDI2和NDRG2的定位和表达情况进行分析。结果肝癌组织RhoGDI2阳性表达率为69.66%,明显高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而NDRG2阳性表达率为22.47%,明显低于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者RhoGDI2阳性表达率为91.11%,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而NDRG2阳性表达率为8.89%,明显低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移患者RhoGDI2阳性表达率为87.50%,明显高于无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);RhoGDI2与NDRG2表达呈负相关(r s=-0.640,P<0.05)。结论RhoGDI2在肝癌组织中呈高表达,而NDRG2呈低表达,与临床病理特征有一定关系,值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the expression and significant of guanine nucleotide inhibitor 2(RhoGDI2)and N-myc downstream regulatory gene 2(NDRG2)in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods All patients took normal tissues from primary cancer and adjacent tissues,labeled them and stored them in liquid nitrogen immediately for paraffin embedding and immunohistochemical staining.The localization and expression of RhoGDI2 and NDRG2 were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of RhoGDI2 in hepatocellular carcinoma was 69.66%,was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of NDRG2 was 22.47%,was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of RhoGDI2 was 91.11%in stageⅢ-Ⅳpatients,was significantly higher than that in stageⅠ-Ⅱpatients(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of NDRG2 was 8.89%,was significantly lower than that in stageⅠ-Ⅱpatients(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of RhoGDI2 in patients with lymph node metastasis was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);RhoGDI2 was negatively correlated with NDRG2 expression(r s=-0.640,P<0.05).Conclusion RhoGDI2 is highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma,while NDRG2 is low expressed,which are related to clinicopathological features,and deserves further study.
