摘  要:粤港澳大湾区是粤港澳三地高等学校聚集的核心区域,目前已形成若干高等教育集群和粤港澳高等教育合作联盟,且产学研资源日益丰富,已具备粤港澳大湾区高等教育集群发展的基础和条件。但是与世界三大湾区高等教育集群相比,粤港澳大湾区高等教育集群发展仍存在量、质和基三个方面的差距。粤港澳大湾区高等教育集群发展若想赶超世界三大湾区,高等教育布局结构调整是关键,总体思路与目标是大学集群与专业集群同构建,具体策略为扩规模、调结构、提质量。Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)is the core area where Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao universities gather.At present,it has formed several higher education clusters and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao higher education cooperation alliance,and the resources of production,study and research are increasingly rich,which has the foundation and conditions for the development of the GBA higher education clusters.However,compared with the world’s three bay area higher education clusters,there are still gaps in quantity,quality and basis in the development of the GBA higher education clusters.In order to catch up with the three bay areas in the world,the layout and structure adjustment of higher education is the key to the development of higher education clusters in GBA.The general idea and goal is to build the university cluster and the professional cluster together,and the specific strategies are to expand the scale,adjust the structure and improve the quality.
