地夸磷索钠联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨地夸磷索钠联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障超声乳化吸除+人工晶体植入术后干眼症状的效果。方法选取54例白内障手术后干眼症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均采用超声乳化吸除+人工晶体植入术,术后对术眼给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液,观察组在此基础上还给予地夸磷索钠滴眼液治疗,对术眼术前3 d,术后1 d、1周、2周、1个月的泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(Slt)和角膜荧光素染色(FL)检查,并在裂隙灯显微镜下检查术后治愈效果。结果较对照组,观察组在术后1个月泪囊破裂时间明显延长、角膜荧光素染色着色密集度明显减少,泪腺分泌量明显增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗总有效率较对照组明显提高。结论地夸磷索钠联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对白内障超声乳化吸除+人工晶体植入术后干眼症具有明显改善作用。Objective To analyze the effect of diquafosol sodium ophthalmic solution combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops on curing xerophthalmia after the cataract operation using phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation method.Methods 54 patients with xerophthalmia after cataract surgery were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group.The two groups were treated with phacoemulsification+IOL implantation.After surgery,the eyes were given sodium hyaluronate eye drops.On this basis,the observation group was also given diquafosol sodium ophthalmic solution for treatment.The break-up time(BUT),schirmer test(Slt)and fluorescein staining(FL)were examined 1 day before the operation,1 day,1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after the operation,also the curative effect was examined under slit lamp microscope.Results Compared with the control group,the time of lacrimal sac rupture in the observation group was significantly longer,the density of corneal fluorescein staining was significantly reduced,the amount of lacrimal gland secretion was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Diquafosol sodium ophthalmic solution combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops can significantly improve xerophthalmia after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.
